Do these games have the uncensored patch?

Someone once upon a time was trying to port the 18+ scenes but nothing ever became of it. Only the Steam version has an 18+ backport.

Someone did however backport the 18+ content to Eiyu*Senki on Vita though, which is kinda cool.
