The best way to think about it is an update. While they were similar graphically, Evander Holyfield's Real Deal Boxing's controls felt clunkier. The controls for Greatest Heavyweights feels more responsive. I also love the taunting such as "Pansy!", "Don't run away!", "Sissy!" (the way its said is hilarious), & "What's wrong with you?!"

This game is just a reskin of Evander Holyfield's Real Deal Boxing but with the best boxers of that time especially the late Muhammad Ali. But it is playable at least.
