i see each line has two 32bit codes, so i enter one by one, but nothing happens, at character creation or after, training lock out after 60days

try this in ppsspp
1 start ppsspp open setting under system enable cheat and cheat plugin

2 start the game press esc key to open a menue now on your right side on the screen is cheat open it to open cheat code menu

3 open edit cheat file enter the cheat codes in the dokument
save the dokument with cheat codes

4 go back to cheat code menu and enable the cheat codes you want

5 if the cheat codes do not works try to leave them enable in cheat menu and restart the game or restart ppsspp

if that do not work it can be that the cheat codes are for wrong region of the game
for example if cheat codes are for japanese version and the game is europe it will not work it must be the same region

note that some codes may break the game so you can not advance further in game
so be careful when using cheat codes

...and, like cjl8336 said, change _C0 to _C1 to make them work.

oh my bad, i forgot to mention im using ppsspp core on retroarch (i'll edit), on there only need to use the format like 0xFFFFFFFF for each line, and u can see its like 2 of those per lines here.

i'll just assume it dont work on retroarch
