Good soundtrack raccomandations of PS1/PS2 era

All the silent hill ones are good. Deus Ex has some really good tracks. I like parasite eve 2 as well.

Grandia, Chrono Cross, Symphony of the Night. obviously FF7. i'm not a huge ps1 player. as for ps2 titles, there's actually so many that i can't name that many specific ones right now. i'll look over my catalog and maybe i can get back to you on this.

Alien Trilogy and Die Hard Trilogy on PS1 still rocks :)

Another Centurys Episode 2, the game original tracks and not the music based on the series featured in the game, has a stellar soundtrack.

I have it on my phone and I think of a track from it often, so good.

It's not too different from the armored core 3 series sound tracks though, and 4, but thats not ps1/2

The megaman series is also great, metal gear has a great soundtrack.

Final fantasy 7 and 8 are great, with 8's being so good it's joked that its a sound track disguised as a game.

9's soundtrack, while good, is not anywhere near as good as 7 or 8.

Seriously, try some of the Ace Combat OSTs from the PS2 era. They have some bangers that I still listen to this day. My favorite is Zero from Ace Combat Zero: The Belkan War

Not many people seem to talk about it but Chris Huelsbecks soundtrack for Tunnel B1 (ps1) is epic.

It's a good game but like I said quite forgotten about.
