Haven't played that game in a long time, but if you want a horror-themed one, I heard "From the fog" is a solid choice.

There's also "RLCraft", it's supposed to make the game more challenging, I think.

Play the ModPack BetterMinecraft, choose your version because there are like 3 different from the same guy. You are goingo to love it
