Agreed. Only Personas I enjoyed were 1, and both parts of 2. Never cared for its scaled down nature (Only main can change personas) and the high school dating simulator aspect. Prefer mainline SMT, Strange Journey, and DDS.

FYI PC-98 is not Windows. That person's question was a legitimate one since this game has two releases. One being a Windows one that came out later at a different year and this one

Very very partially. Sneikkimies gave up on working on that version back in like 2022. It looks like they gave up on this one too. Someone needs to finish up their work on it. It's still able to be played to the end in English, but it's rough and missing some things. The kinda feeling you get from beta builds of patches more or less. Perhaps now that I posted this someone knowledgeable in PC-98 romhacking might help clean it up. That's just wishful thinking on my part tho

How do you boot this game? i've tried typing in dir /p but that wasn't enough

Load the .fdi into the first slot (floppy slot) and load the .hdi into IDE #0 (harddisk) then reset the emulator and wait a sec

Yet nothing adult is happening on the screenshots. I feel kind of cheated. Anyway, I probably won't pick this up until the translation's at 100% but I do have some general questions.

1. Are there stat checks outside of combat or during demon negotiations? Some of the stats on the left don't seem to directly translate into combat modifiers to me. Is there any quote unquote optional content gated behind stat thresholds or is it all dialogue choices?
2. The number of bullets. Does that mean the max number the gun carries, number of currently loaded bullets or the total number you have in your inventory? Is ammunition a consummable or is it infinite but you have to reload your gun every fixed number of shots?

Sorry, I normally would have taken my own like I did with Mime but didn't have the time to start a new game in order to get far enough to take pleasing screenshots. I already had a pretty far in save file in Mime so I was able to take some good ones for that one. If anybody wants to share some better ones with me later I'll update it. (I know that contradicts an earlier comment of mine where I said I played for a few hours, but that was months ago and I lost the save file)
