I don't know why but sometimes I feel too tired to even wake up and just wanted to sleep for one day whether that'd be because of the weather or I'm just that tired

I once stayed up almost two days playing FF 7. Drinking green tea, eating peanut butter and honey is a good way to perk you up and keep you that way for quite some time.. Green tea contains stuff that prevents caffeine crashes. ;)
