Hello, I'm looking to replace my gaming mouse and I was looking for some good recommendations. I'd prefer wireless ones but I wouldn't mind some good wired ones too. I figured that this wold be a good spot as any to ask. Thanks in advanced to everyone that replies.

Not really into gaming mice in particular, but I heard endgamegear's products are pretty good as far as those go even if they don't have much else. I like the op1 8k gaming mouse because it seems like the practical and long lasting option, without any overt fancy features that won't be used or useful enough or tweaks like many RGB mices or a paint job that make it overpriced. Some have customizable switches, but due to only enthusiasts likely caring the mice still aren't that highly priced. They have only wired and wireless only mouses from what I recall instead of a mouse with both depending on if its plugged, and I went with the wired version.

Which mouse did you use that broke and is there any particular reason you liked that mouse? (Lasted long, had RGB, compatible with emulators, had rumble, fast reactions, etc.

I don't have many particular recommendations, but I heard Razer, Logitech, and Corsair are pretty good mainstream brands. There's also Mad Catz and Steelseries.

Some people say that normal mice tend to last longer compared to gaming mice as well.

tldr version of my wall of text: use edgamegears op1 mouses and specify whether they are wired or wireless.

It's not for everyone, but I use a Logitech ergo trackball. It's wonderful with gaming, especially FPS. No having to drag around the mouse. I like to just have it sit on the arm of my chair and roll the ball with my thumb. Plus it doesn't effect my wrists. Only issue is though, if you never used one, it'll take time to get used to it.

I had an Anker wired ergonomic mouse, but the plastic was wearing off. Was looking for something more premium since I have the funds now. Thanks for the recommendation.

Rapoo is a quality and affordable brand
i think its just as good as Corsair, Razer & Logitech gaming mice
but cheaper

While I don't use gaming mice (I use a white HP OEM mouse), when people need mice at work I purchase Redragon products. Their prices are very good (especially in relation to the "normative" gaming mice OEMs) and quality also very good, which is weird given the prices. What I tend to buy is probably much simpler than you are looking for (M602 or M612 for wired, M690 for wireless) but they are worth a look, I think.

I've used multiple mice over the years and the one I used on my current setups are

Razer Deathadder V2

fast reliable and gets the job done. 2 buttons on the side and the top buttons for sensitivity adjustments. Its the most simple and yet accurate mouse I used on my current gaming rig. Price is affordable for a gaming mouse and doesn't break down like other gaming mice in its era. It goes on sale regularly so its not hard to find on for cheap.

Microsoft Intelli Mouse Explorer 3.0

Quite possibly the greatest mouse that ever exist. Strong, fast and simple gives this mouse the edge over retro and current mice a run for its money. DPI is faster than most gaming mice of today and one of the best mice to use for shooters. Only has one light source at the bottom and doesn't intrude when it comes to being a giant light beacon on your desk. I've used this on my WinXP/7 build computer for years and finding ones in clean condition is hard and pricey. For the asking price you are getting something that can last well over 30+ years without falter.

Logitech Trackman Wheel Optical

Make no mistake, the Trackman is a beast in sheep's clothing. The learning curve is something that has to be adapted when using a trackball but for extreme accuracy its few and far between. I use this mouse in tandem with my Huion drawing tablet and used this on my Win98 build computer. Perfect for work, gaming and surfing the web with extreme precision. The connections are interesting as these have PS2 and USB variants to accommodate all computer spectrums. What's nice is the durability this can handle a ton of impact if it were to fall. Comfort is a trackballs expertise; you wont get cramps or aches from continuous internet use with the angle these are presented. The con is basically on asking price; for something this old its still high even tho it came out around the late 90s-00s.
