Welcome, friends. I'm personally a sucker for deals and discounts(or maybe I'm just a sucker in general), be it with clearance food at the grocery deli or adding to my ever-crying gaming backlog. Is there any interest in getting a gaming deals thread going? I'm mostly talking about modern gaming, there's not much we can do for retro gaming as far as deals go  It seems like linking is allowed in the forum rules, since these would be links to websites to buy games and not for piracy. If that's just cool we could just list the name of the game and the website the deal is through. Perhaps we could stick to bigger / AAA deals at first? Or maybe just really really good deals on things that don't go on sale often? Maybe just things that stick out to you, I dunno. Could be a physical deal, or a digital deal. Preferably it'd be something that will last at least for a few days to give anyone potentially interested time to see it. As far as regions go, I'm not sure what the best way is to figure out if a North American deal, for example, is also going on in Europe. Maybe we could limit it to the official stores for the consoles and Steam, and well-known retailers like Amazon and Best Buy(in the U.S., not sure what the equivalent is elsewhere) just to make it easier/more reliable?

I'll start. I came across this on a deal site the other day and thought it seemed strange, isn't Fitness Boxing a first-party franchise? I could be mistaken. Anyway, I liked Ring Fit Adventure a lot, and I enjoy gimmicky nonsense in general, so for 5 bucks it seems like it's worth a shot. It's allegedly normally 50 bucks, so 5 bucks seems like a pretty good deal.

Why fight fair when you can hire one of us?

No I mean why pay fair when you can pirate? (You can't pirate one of us man)

i started buying from www.fanatical.com in january, they often have really good bundles and i've gotten some good games on mystery keys too, including retro games like Witchaven and modern games like Pathologic 2.

I don't think there's anything wrong with a thread like this, just make sure the deals are legit before you link to them maybe. I remember when everyone was raving about G2A and then it turned out that a lot of Steam keys you can buy there were purchased with stolen credit cards.

I never buy a game without checking here first.
Tells you every digital store it's available at and the lowest prices it's been offered.
That seems like a neat site, gg.deals is a similar site I've used before.

I've used fanatical, cdkeys, eneba, etc. before, but I wouldn't link someone to those. There's no guarantee the keys are legit, or that they aren't stolen. I'm not going to pretend like I haven't used those sites before, but I don't want to promote it here. Of course you can use those, or pirate stuff, or whatever, but that's your business, this is a deals thread.

I'd prefer to stick to more official deals.

Here's another deal for 20XX. It's a few years old, but still a lot of fun, a mix between Mega Man X and a roguelike. It's co-op, even online, for a while a friend and I would play several times a week and try to get to the top of the daily leaderboard. There's also a newer game from these devs, 30XX, it's arguably a little better but hasn't grabbed me quite the same way 20XX did.

$3 20XX - Steam

Holy shit, thank you for this.
