I accidentally came across some Resident Evil mods on CDromance that actually work perfectly on original consoles! I never thought you could run mods on old games like that, but it’s pretty awesome. The mods make the game even more interesting and add something new, really refreshing the experience.
Also, thanks to these mods, I found out about this guy named Aydan Watkins, who’s making some really cool projects around Resident Evil. Very creative stuff, I’m really into it.

Because I'm such a PS1/PS2 nut, the Repro is an embarrassment of riches, mana from heaven, etc. etc...The down side is that my backlog is huge; the upside is that I never really have to buy another game again if I don't want to. There's a lifetime of great games here.

And when I got a Saturn, the CDRomance was the only way I could possibly play Saturn games like Panzer Dragoon Saga without paying an arm and a leg--not to mention all the great pre-patched fan-translated games and PSP Eboots on here, and other random cool hacks you run into on the Repro like G78 said. There's just so much cool content here for retro fans. Forever grateful to the webmasters for sure.
