Also I've heard the expansions are great, principally Mask of the Betrayer.
Storm of Zehir is sick too, it had some overworld map travel mechanics and the focus on trade and economy in the story was actually refreshing compared to the usual fantasy adventuring stuff. Also, it introduced the swashbuckler class so that guarantees a 10/10 from me.
I never played Mask of the Betrayer believe it or not, but of course I always hear it's amazing.

-Psylocke, will definitely play more of her.

Played her a couple hours tonigh, I enjoyed her but seems... limited ? Or maybe overwhelming ?

She has a ammo mechanics which I thought was funny considering she's using pyschic shuriken, and a stealth mechanic, however I think it's disapointing that he doesn't give her any other benefit that stealth, I would have liked if she had a move that she could do when she reappeared.

I had more fun with Black Willow.

Gonna try Moon Knight next, he seems really fun.

Right now I'm replaying the remaster of Yakuza 3. I've played all of the mainline Kiryu games at least once before, but I got the collection for like twelve bucks several months back and I'm using it as an excuse to replay them all (and 7), before finally going on to the Gaiden game and Infinite Wealth.

I've been playing through Kaze no Densetsu Xanadu II (The Legend of Xanadu 2) on PC Engine Duo. I'm using a GameFAQs guide since no English translation patch exists. I'm roughing 10hrs in about to start the last chapter. It's pretty straightforward for an action-RPG, and the boss fights are a nice touch.

After playing Marvel Rivals a decent bit over the last week, I'd say my final review score is a 7.5/10. I think it's pretty neat, and probably better than Overwatch at this point. The majority of the characters are adapted well into being hero shooter characters while still hitting the 'power fantasy' which to me is one of the most important things about a comic book game. Some are maybe a little weird and were definitely made to be character functions rather than the character themselves like Hulk and Dr. Strange, but overall the characters are good. There's I think some balance issues with characters like Hela and Iron Fist being a little silly, but mostly you can play anyone and get in there and smash buttons- it's just the 'S tier' characters are maybe a little too dominating.
The games lacking skins too, but it's new so I'm not harping to much on that. Oh, and there's no Cyclops so I deducted half a point for that sin alone.

The Hulk being middling in terms of damage is a bummer, although I think most of the tanks are kinda underwhelming except maybe Venom.

I've been trying to get peace walker's true ending lately. The extra op ai battles are quite difficult though, so I've hit a bit of a wall with it.
I had bought a PSP to have Game Boy emulation with backlighting and the exclusive 'Metal Gear' titles.

I got 'OPS' and saw potential in it, but the soldier recruitment system is what prevents the game from being truly enjoyable, and it's an experience like an interrupted orgasm.

So, I didn't buy 'Peace Walker' blindly, but I only tried it and the challenge against the helicopter is what made me stop playing the game ten years ago.

Since then I haven’t gone back, but I would actually like to try the high definition remaster.

Beat Ys VI, started Ys 3 (the PC remake). Believe I'm about halfway through the latter right now, been running into some technical issues though. These two games plus Origins are the high water mark of the Ys series imo.

Awesome. Bought the games on sale recently

I'm playing Gunnac Play these days and it's more fun than I thought.

The barrage was laid as if it were orthodox
It also feels like a guided missile.
It's harder than you think, but I try to save and load state the condition as if I eat three meals a day
It's more fun than I thought.

Good to know you’re having fun.

MiSide

Out of curiosity, since I saw people online talking about it, I picked it up during a sale and played it.

It lasts about 4 hours and tries to follow a concept similar to Doki Doki Literature Club: the cute, cuddly waifu who turns out to be... something else.

As pure HORROR, I think Doki Doki is far scarier than MiSide. When the text glitches or the sprites get messed up in Doki Doki, the impact is much more intense.
In MiSide, the focus is more on the yandere effect with some cliché horror elements, but honestly, I don’t think she’s all that unsettling. Maybe it’s because I’m used to this kind of character.

What’s nice is that the game is packed with mini-games — they’re mostly SILLY, of course, as mini-games tend to be, but there are a lot of them!

In the end, I’d say it’s neither particularly remarkable nor disappointing. The artistic side is enjoyable, and the production quality is good for an indie game. I just don’t quite understand why it’s popular enough for people to be talking about it online.

Whatever the case, it was still fun to play. For 5 euros, or just to satisfy your curiosity and spend 4 light-hearted hours, it’s worth a shot.

I must be going through a crazy period at the moment, because for some reason I decided to play all the Resident Evil games (not including the awful spin-offs).

To put that in context, it means mostly playing the best possible versions of the originals followed immediately by the remakes.

So for example, it will go something like this...

RE1: Seamless HD - > Then the remake.
RE 0: HD remake (no point playing the original as far as I can tell - correct me if I'm wrong)
RE2: Seamless HD - > Then the remake.
RE3: Seamless HD -> Then the remake.
RE: Code Veronica: PS3
RE4: Ultimate HD
RE5: Gold
RE6: Gold.
RE7: Gold.
RE8/Village: Gold.

I also need to figure out how "RE:Revelations" fits into this. But you get the idea...
Hey, do you watch any streams on Twitch? I am also fan of the RE franchise, love it way too much

I recently tried Postal 1 on Android.

I first I found the touch controls to be atrocious (and to the point where I couldn't even beat the first level), then I understood what the devs wanted me to do with those and it became a blast... literally.
Touch controls are awful for pretty much anything except games like candy crush ::lol

Mega Man Battle Network 5 Double Team DS (good lord, who comes up with the names like this?)

Rayman 2 the great scape, "Dreamcast" (and by "dreamcast" i mean the flycast emulator)

It turned out to be interesting and fun, and it's the only game I've played in a while, though I haven't made much progress yet. I hope to finish it sometime this year.

Replaying final fantasy VII again and having just as much fun as I did the first time I played it.

Revelations 1 takes place after 4 and before 5, Revelations 2 takes place alongside 6 as they take place the same year.

just killing time and playing kingdom hearts - chain of memories in a visualboy advance emulator...
in a borrowed windows xp laptop.
must reach again to reverse/rebirth mode. that is pending.

thanks to god, I have so many backups, at the least, with the roms.
in retrospect, I'm getting used to the idea of having a computer graveyard behind me, in my entire life.
man, I'm shocked thinking about this.
