Games with an "end of day"

tldr; Looking for games that have a clear cut end-of-day between rounds like the Pikmin games. Must be available on Wii, Gamecube, or any other console PS1 and earlier.

My 8 year old has sleep issues stemming from ADHD, emphasis on the H. Getting him into a bedtime routine is the current mission. Been at this for 2 years trying different things and have been doing some serious reading up on the topic. In my wind-down bag of tricks, I would like to include video game time that uses clear-cut sessions, specifically that end in a night-time setting. It would be great for our gaming time to end with that, followed by a snack, followed by the rest of the routine. We both absolutely love Pikmin, but I need a stable selection of games that we can cycle through. Throw some ideas out! Let me hear what you've got.

Wario Land 3 is one that immediately comes to mind. The game is designed to work perfectly with a quick burst session playstyle in mind as well due to the portable format it originally shipped on.

Maybe a Harvest Moon game might be what you are looking for, I personally recommend Harvest Moon Animal Parade, but, any of them work, specially if you want something chill to play in which you set your own goals for the day.

Boku No Natsuyasumi 2 and Natsu-Mon could work.

I second Harvest Moon, especially Back To Nature/64 and Friends Of Mineral Town.

I feel like the days in Harvest Moon might be too short to do a single one in a play session. Maybe that'll work though! They're definitely great games, the Natsume ones at least.
