Latest game that made me cry was Person 3 Reload… that piano motif, to this day, makes my heart go funny.

Can't say any have made me cry, but the bad ending in Suikoden 2 made me completely morose and depressed for an entire day. The bad ending in Chrono Trigger also messed with me when I was a kid.
