Too bad FF7R barely followed the original intent of the game...

wild arms 2 it really deserves a remake its so good game
the game was so good the storie. all hidden things in the game and all optional bosse did make the game so fun to play
puzzles in the game was hard at times but fun to solve

Yeah I was thinking Wild Arms 2 when I saw this thread. It wouldn't even need a remake, just a... retranslation. Generally not a fan of remakes of older games since they tend mangle the writing/art/music more often than not.

WA2 has a lot of really potent, unique ideas in its script. lots of heartwarming moments and hot-blooded action. The translation is just, actually incomprehensible a lot of the time though. And not incomprehensible in a normal 90's game way, but in a "make the player think they're having a stroke" way.
