I'd say it's very similar to the DS ones style-wise (which I loved), but it looks a lot better with the extra horsepower and resolution

The graphics look a lot better than those of the DS but as I see it is the same game principle as on the DS.

If I didn't already have an RGCube, I would have been tempted by that one. Retroid Pocket 5 was something I didn't already have something similar to. It's good quality.

recently i just replayed Ultrakill because of the Revamp update and it was amazing. Ultrakill was already my favorite FPS game without the Revamp update, but the Layer 7 and Revamp just made this game even better.
i also testing Zone of the Enders, it's really fun.
also i'm planning to play Professor Layton: the last spectre

I have a game night weekly with the friend group. Over the last couple years we made it through Divinity Original Sin I & II and just finished up Baldurs Gate 3 a few months ago. Baldurs Gate 3 was just so fantastically made, I'm still shocked it exists. It's one of those games that just gets better and better as it goes on.

We just decided to start Elden Ring after discovering that a seamless coop mod exists. None of them have played it, not even a Souls game, so I'm super excited to jump in with a fresh tarnished.

Currently playing Persona5: The Phantom X.

Well the game is F2P gacha rubbish, but TBH the game is better than Persona 5 for my taste. No childish shit, things are more serious. Story progression remind me Persona 1 in the way stuff naturally happens without low quality plot force. The situation is interesting and they finally used Carl Jung's ideas more correctly in more complex way. Turn-based battle evolved and I hope next Persona games will use this system.

However in its state it seems like Persona 5 remake, as if this is the Persona 5 they planned but not dared to release but I'm glad for this remake aspect. If the aspect of story that is not explained is in the way I think it is it will be legendary for me.

TBH this is the first gacha game I played so I had first hand experience in gacha BS. While it's annoying to unlock characters based on luck at least it doesn't bother you to able to unlock them for free so you basically do nothing and game shower you with whatever you ever need. So unlike RPG games you don't always have to go extra lenght for resources and whatnot. But what I disliked is not all battle gives you EXP and money so you are tied to BS system of this game to complete tasks to gain EXP, but it's not bothersome. It's just battles are useless and offers no significant gain. In that regard half of the game works via web-browser game logic.

Also, due to the theme the game has and due to gacha system the story of the game and gameplay doesn't care about each other so they do their own things. That's why you unlock a character you didn't met yet in the story mode and talk to them and they mention something you have no idea of. So the game seem like have the theme of parallel universes/realities.

However as I play the game I feel the sense of the game pushing people to pay real money to progress but I will never pay real money in any F2P game. So at this point I enjoy the game so far but if it gets boring I can easily stop playing it.

I'm playing some god eater 2 and 3 on steam finished both games some years ago, now that I'm replaying I can only say how did I finish those games playing so suboptimal in the past, for God sake I sucked so much back then is a miracle that I got enough damage to actually kill the stronger aragamis at endgame
