Dolphin is the definitive answer here! Been in developnment since the GameCube and has been striving ever since. And the majority of both the GameCube and the Wii's libraries are compatible since they both share similar architectures! The Wii as they say is an overlooked gamecube and said console WAS going to get a motion control adding before they decided a new console was the better idea.
