that's an escort mission. they are never fun. i've only ever went through 1 mission of that type that was tolerable, and it was short; like 3 screens and that was it.

i know and i get what they were going for narratively, but it was 3 screens too long for an escort mission imo

it wasn't the escort mission that offended me so as to stop playing the game or anything, merely the straw that broke the camels back, i probably had to load screen shimmy through some rocks to get to the handholding or something lul

I remember thinking Battlefield 4 was a bit weaker than 3 when I picked it up like a decade ago. I haven't played it but looking at the franchise now, with Battlefield 2047, holy shit, we had it good. Battlefield 4 is the Citizen Kane of games compared to 2047.
