Seymour Guado from Final Fantasy X

That Guado is such an asshole as he wants to marry Yuna like a pedo he is because he killed his father and wants to become Sin by replacing Jecht so he can destroy Spira. Thank god Tidus and the gang crush his plans and kick his sorry ass to the curb by sending him to the farplane he goes.

Sonic the Hedgehog. I’m gonna get murdered for this but I don’t like him. I hate his personality and his sense of humor. I put my head down into my hand every time he makes a joke.

Brian Irons. If you’ve played RE2, you know why I hate this piece of shit.

Morgana. Because of him I missed a ton of confidant quests. Also I don’t like how he has the hots for Ann, that’s just creepy. Considering that she’s a human and he’s not. Also his yelling of “I’m not a cat!” is annoying.

Ellie. My problem with her is her portrayal in Part 2, she’s no better than the main villains in Part 2, possibly worse too. Also I hated playing as her in Part 1. Her segment in Part 1 wasn’t fun at all.

Cindy Vortex. Her constant bullying to Jimmy isn’t funny. At times she just wants Jimmy to suffer for the sake of it. She does improve in Season 3, but the damage was done already.

Skyler White. She greatly affected my viewing experience on BB. Everytime she fucking showed up I would groan in annoyance. I think she’s one of the worst wives/mothers in tv history, possibly even worse than Lois Griffin and Mrs. Turner. I hate her constant nagging. Her face is also very punchable. She also did a lot of horrendous things which I’m not going into detail about.

I nominate Gaius from Tales of Xillia. He's such a writer's pet it's obnoxious. For example, he and his minions are surrounded by airships and they only avoid getting blasted to bits due to plot armor. Worse,

He only ends up being the end boss only because godlike power is literally handed to him by an unhinged Muzét and nothing to due with his own merit.

. Gilland was a more interesting antagonist and shouldn't have been sidelined so early.

This fucking guy, Kai Leng from ME3:

I hate him in such a way that it almost ruins the game. He's hyped up as this ridiculous assassin and every character goes out of their way to tell this to you; "oh no Shepard, guy who's killed hundreds and the Collectors and Saren, Kai Leng is after you! He's a super cool edgy who uses a reverse grip katana which is ludicrous in the Mass Effect universe, you better be careful!" He's clearly someone's OC, there's no ways around it. Every time he shows up, every character is made stupid in order for him to look cool, and he escapes like 3 times with actual nonsense. Like the first real confrontation with him when he's about to kill the Salarian councillor, Thane sneaks up behind him but then cocks his rail gun first so that Kai Leng gets a chance to do a really sick corkscrew flip, then Shepard runs into melee with him for some reason instead of ventillating him with bullets while your companions don't do literally anything the whole cutscene. Kai Leng was totally so cool so it makes sense that he got away from this two-on-one fight, of course. Thane's a professional assassin, why would he wait until he's point blank with someone to shoot them, let alone cock his gun when it's right up against the back of someone's head; don't even get me started on how you cock a rail gun, as every gun in ME is one.

Sorry, I think I could actually write a novel about my hatred of this Gary Stu.

What you were playing as the whole game wasn't Aya, but Eve the clone girl from PE2 possessing her body. That's why her personality was so shit the whole game. It's still awful writing from the hack Toriyama but at least the real Aya was MIA the majority of the game.

I knew what that was going to be before I even opened the spoilers, glad I wasn't disappointed. Apparently he first appeared in one of the tie-in novels, I think it was called Ascension? But from what I've gathered he wasn't anywhere near as insufferable in that. No idea who wrote him in the game, but I hate them.

Now I hate some characters that have already been listed. But when there's a character that annoys me so much that I drop a show because of their presence, then that's a big deal to me. After all the shows and anime I've watched, there's only 2 shows I've ever dropped because of a character.

First, this piece of annoying shit from Air Master. Every time she's on screen, every line, she's screaming. Happy, sad, excited whatever. EVERY LINE. Fuck you anime show.

Then, there's this annoyance. I liked Demon Slayer. Watched the first season and then the movie Mugen Train. But I couldn't continue any further. Because of this guy. I didn't even wanna google his his stupid ass name for how much I dislike him. Just like her, yelling at the top of his lungs all the time. You're chicken shit and you wanna be a demon slayer? GEDDAFUCKOUTTAHERE! Yelling and cowardly? Character development? SAD...

If I could break the laws of physics and reality, I'd reach into my monitor and grab them by the throats, and yank them out. Go to top of skyscraper, tell them "Can you fly Bobby?" and Geese Howard both of these fucks off the roof.

Edit: I was gonna also say MK1 Liu Kang I was so mad at these two idiots, I didn't get to write out Liu Kang.

I don't know what to contribute to this thread. When I dislike a character that much it usually comes with writing issues that plagues the entire work, which then simply makes me not want to care for it.

I feel tempted to say Amber from Invincible season 1, but even that character I don't dislike that much.

I feel like the writers wanted us to root for her, i didn’t. I rooted for Walt instead. He might’ve had the right idea to become a criminal, because his family treats him like shit. I theorize that this is the case because of Junior’s attitude towards him and Skyler’s constant disagreeing with him and accusations towards him. I sort of feel like Breaking Bad makes the non-criminals more evil than the actual criminals sometimes.

The writers definitely wanted for us to root for Walter and I'm no exception. He's a genius trapped in a ordinary life with no control or whatsoever, who finally finds something he can make a difference at.

Sure, he commits atrocities along the way and you might stop rooting for him at some point, but for the most part he's a relatable character who ends going down in a destructive path.

1) Dias from Star ocean Second Story. Felt jealous because Rena was all over him and I felt bad for Claude. Then there is that scripted fight where you lose to him no mater what.

2)Clive from Vandal Hearts 2. While the mc was in exile he took mc's sister and started to pimp her trying to make an excuse like "Hard times we needed to eat".

3)Shu Shirakawa from SRW. He's one of those Mr.Perfect mysterious bishonen twats.

4)Timp from Xabungle/SRW. Plot protected villain and an annoying twat.

5)Zephiel and Jaffar from Fire emblem. Both cost me shitton of nerves one has the audacity to join my ranks after killing wive of my homie.

6)Kizami from Corpse Party. Psycho twat bishonen of course girls were all over him.

7)Kaido From SMT Devil Survivor for killing Keiske. I know he can be saved but I didn't know it during my first playthrough.

8)Asch from Tales of Abyss. He just comes in and says I'm the original and you a clone. Why thank you I didn't have enough shit by everyone else in my party blaming me for the catastrophe.

9)Straybow From Live a live. Jealous twat ruined so many lives over a fecking hoe.

Not a video game, but I always hated Meg from Drake and Josh. It was mostly because my sibling is also called Meg and is a little dickhead that gets away with everything because they're a top-notch manipulator.

Video game-wise wise I struggle to think of characters that have been bad enough to genuinely make me hate them. I guess the closest I can get is the entire cast of FFV if you're playing the original PS1 localisation that turns it into a poorly written sex comedy.

Everyone from Life Is Strange.

The whole game in and of itself was dull and boring, had a one-trick pony type of mechanic that was done years ago and much better with Prince of Persia: Sands of Time.

But that's not the problem.
The cast is an abhorrent, whiny teen drama that fell in to the trap of overused tropes and melodrama as a video game. Yes, people have problems like these in real life, but I don't want to play a video game about silly teen problems, and the writing was nothing to, if you will pardon the pun "Write home about" either.

I did try to like the characters, but after around 45 minutes with the characters, I was ready to walk out into the July sun and embrace final death
