Saw this post in Reddit once and I was also wondering what kind of "aesthetic" is this or which games have this kind of artstyle. Shadow of the Colossus also gives this kind of athmosphere.

Some of the cutscenes from this game gives me these same "eerie"/"nostalgic" feelings as looking at this sky's picture too:
 
There was this really strange game Sentient for the PS1 which also shared similar atmosphere at this especially during the cornfield maze sequence. Have not played the game but I have it on my emulator so I cannot tell if it's fun or not. There was also Mizzurna Falls which is a really time sensitive game
