(I wasn't sure whether this would go here or in the SEGA section, my apologise if I've posted it in the wrong area)
I know there has been a translation of Fushigi no Umi no Nadia since 2018 (It's in the Repo too)
But is there any way to get this working on a EU PAL Megadrive?
I know the translations retains the original Japanese by splitting the text based on input: NTSC=ENG, PAL=JP.
I've tried soft mod changing the bio on my mk2 Megadrive (Perks of having a Mega CD) but I have only ever been able to get the game running in JP.
I know the solution is to install a physical region hardmod switch, but I would rather not drill holes in 30+ year old hardware if there is another less invasive alternative
This issue extends to the third partybootleg releases you can but from Aliexpress, it will run in English in North America, but anywhere else its identical to the JP original cart.
