From Newbie to Icon: Style-Themed Ranks for the Community?

Hey everyone!

I’d like to suggest a fun idea for the forum: style-based member ranks! Instead of (or alongside) traditional ranks like "Newbie" or "Veteran," we could have ranks inspired by fashion/style themes — like "Casual," "Chic," "Icon," "Trendsetter," etc.

It could be a cool way to reflect our individuality and add a bit more personality to member profiles. Maybe ranks could be based on post count, engagement, or community voting.

What do you think? Would love to hear your ideas on possible style categories or how we could implement this!

I don't mean to be dismissive, but the more OP talks about it, the less I hope anything is done about it. Just use the tools that already exist, I don't get the walls of text reinforcing how serious an issue this is or whatever.

You're right, he probably had good intentions, but it came off a bit heavy handed. I think he meant nothing but good for the community, but his method seems a bit convoluted. His heart is in the right place, probably.
