Friendly or enemy who know?

Hello.
Did you ever notice a weird character in a colorful look but you can't say if he is really freindly. For example in legend of zelda majora's mask happy masksalesman start acting friendly but when he find out you don't have his mask he act like this:

He grab you in anger and move you hardly. Creepy isn't it?
I wonder about more character like this guy. Happy to hear.

As you said graveyard, in legend of zelda ocarina of time(Oot) there was a Poe collector who act so creepy.he want the world become more chaotic so he can have more fun. He was one of Oot character diaspear with no trace in next consoles.
