Edit: Didn't know it was out already ... the reviews are saying it has some issues so I'mma wait to see what the verdict is after a few patches.

i understand the hype, looks like some good improvements but i'll be wanting to finally experience the vita version first. i hear there's some bad english voice acting, some people say it's AI. shame if true, real actors would have been preferable even if they were amateurs.

Most changes seem more or less non-critical; the crafting changes are welcome, but wouldn't ruin the game if not present, honestly. I agree with you on the voice acting too, though playing the original I'm used to the Japanese voices now and wouldn't switch.

i hear there's some bad english voice acting, some people say it's AI.

If they're talking about the companions, they've always been AI. Or rather, a text-to-speech system akin to Microsoft SAM.

Just a heads up, if you are on PC then don't buy it right now. The port is very buggy and unoptimized. You also can't choose Japanese VO from the beginning, I had to do some shenanigans to make it work. It's a very barebones port packaged as a "remaster". Crazy that Bandai is selling a 10$ stuff for 40$ ?‍

I wish i still had my vita and didnt trade it in for MW2 2022... Stupid doesnt describe enough how i feel about the decision. Sigh.

Yeah that's the reason I waited despite being super hyped for the game.

Going to wait to see if things get better, but I'm not holding my breath, I feel like the vita version is still going to be the better version to play.

You can emulate the vita version (even on your mobile if you prefer portability).
