Done FPGA section

I didn't see one so I would suggest an FPGA section to post news and ask for help.

I know I could use some advice setting up an SD card virtual HDD for Atari ST cores on my MIST board.

I considered that as well, but I believe there is currently a contentious debate on whether or not it is considered "emulation" or "simulation" so I figured it would be a safe bet to be in its own section.

I thought it was well covered in the "other consoles and handhelds" section! We have that thread about chinese retro handhelds there, for example! xD Be welcome to create new threads there about FPGA hardware, i'd like to have some. o/

Okay good to know. I haven't looked around in all the sections yet so I appreciate the guidance. If I feel inclined to post anything FPGA related, I'll be sure to do so in the "other consoles and handhelds" section :)
