No. Its been pretty mainstream for quite awhile now.
Well if i recall it was really rare to find a gamer in the places i frequented then fortnite came around along with PUBG and everyone went crazy people who had no idea what games are were talking Framerates and aim and spray patterns.....but maybe in the west it was different
I think I started playing again, like last week, after not touching it for a good 2 months. I tend to have these gaps in my time with the game where I just don't touch it. I'm not too concerned about the "metas" or "bad seasons," I literally just stop playing because my friend group and I tend to get burned from the game more often than when we were in high school. We just play it to kill time and get some quick thrills. AND also to check out the new skins lol. I don't even really play the "new" seasons since I usually just play squads on OG zero build. My hands just don't move like they used to to keep up with these players who are building and editing faster than I can look across my monitor
I am happy now that I can play the game and not be tempted to buy more cosmetics since I know I won't be consistently playing enough to validate the purchase.
