I'll start this off by saying...I'm only focusing on games that got a physical release.

3DS - The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds
3DS - Kirby Triple Deluxe + Planet Robobot
3DS - Fire Emblem Awakening
3DS - Metroid Samus Returns
3DS - Kid Icarus Uprising
Wii U - The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD
Wii U - The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD
Wii U - Kirby & the Rainbow Curse

Still, the Switch has been criticised for having a ton of remasters, remakes and ports.
 
Also Mother 1 (Earthbound Beginnings) is on NES Switch Online.
I put it on the list because this definitely needs a remake with QOL improvements similar to "Link's Awakening" & "Super Mario RPG."
