Final Fantasy XII on low end pc

Anyone know what config files to change to run FF XII at 30 fps on a lower end laptop?
Not thaaat low end:
CPU: Ryzen 5 3500 U
GPU: integrated Vega 8 Graphics
8 Gb RAM
with SSD

If I find the settings on my own I'll post them here.

I thought 30fps was an option on Zodiac Age for PC right in the settings menu
