Question:

I tried to update to 1.1, but the Readme of that version says the Sketch fix patch is not applied, considering it seems to come by default in the 1.0 version ¿What does that exactly mean?

So far i've enjoyed it, but i am also afraid of it lying about not being Kaizo and turning to be Maeson levels of unfair near the end

I haven't played it yet, so I can't really make an honest review.

I would also really like to know this. Relm was great to use in BNW. I refuse to play this game with buggy sketch.

Actually, perhaps someone can educate me. I've never used Relm in unmoded FF6 simply because I have always heard about this sketch bug. Supposedly it's capable of crashing the game. Sounds pretty bad, so I avoided her. To apply the bugfix in 1.0 and then remove it in 1.1 seems to imply there's some benefit to the bug. Is it good for speedrunners? Would someone who doesn't care about speedrunning be better served applying the patch? Hell, is it even true that the bug can crash the game?

How it is in regards of difficulty?
Pretty hard, I had to grind a lot, but god was it fun, and it felt so rewarding.
The star of show is the completely re-written script, I think it's very different in a very good way. It's inspired by the original SNES script, and so it felt like I got to experience the original script twice. The changes are so damn good. It was also fun to actually struggle in
Kefkas
Tower. I fought him with Cyan, Terra, Locke, and Celes, and I lost to him twice, and that's with them knowing all but like 2 or 3 spells, and having super powerful equipment, Celes and Terra being around level 65, and Locke and Cyan being around level 60.

My favorite changes:

Locke saving Celes as they escape the final dungeon and telling her that he loves her, she's shocked that she finally admits it, and he says something similar to "Yeah I said I love you, and I'll say I love you again, but we gotta get out of here!

The rewritten speech before the final boss fight. This still hits you emotionally after all of these years. God I love hating
Kefka! and I love seeing and the party agree as the tower is collapsing that none of them are going to die here, and they're all getting out alive.
I love the respect and admiration your misfit party members have for each other. The latter is so very much what I love about most of the FF games that I love.

Totally giving it a shot, i ve been playing BNW for a while, but maybe the extra dialogue may give it a fresh breat to the already best Final Fantasy of the Nintendo Era

Yesterday beat Namingway, last shot was Kain's jump as i screamed "This is for brainwashing me twice asshole shrimp thingy", if you want to simply play Vanilla with QOL refining, decensoring and a prettier font to read, get that one

Tried Ultima, but the game went Kaizo in my visit to the Sealed Cave, already the only dungeon i hate in Vanilla and decided to bounce
