Some favorites I can think of right now are Ken Masters, Akuma, Baiken, Dizzy, Justice, Yuri Sakazaki, Blanka, Reptile (MK), Morrigan Aensland, Terry Bogard, B. Jenet and UMVC3 Firebrand and Zero.

ah so I misconstrued the question's intent. my bad. ikr?? in both SF4 & 5 I would pick Dan n on some of my wins with him I tried to find a really poetic/comedic point/s to fit in a taunt of some sort either to push assholes' buttons or give a more lvl-headed opponent a dece laugh, whether either of us won or lost ^_^

I really like how street fighter is fleshing out veteran characters especially growing someone like Dan who started as a complete joke and grew him into a character that actually had a proper goal that he intended on accomplishing.
