I hope there's a Mega Drive / Genesis version of this hack?

Unfortunately I never saw any relevant/modern ISS hack for the Genesis version. I believe there is a Futbol Argentino / Futebol Brasileiro for it made by TEG Peru back in the 90s but those aren't as good as the SNES counterparts.

I'll do some research and bring one if I find anything good.
