I usually prefer to play the original janky n' eng dubbed ps2 version of Yakuza 1 (mainly due to feeling the feeling of being like Shenmue's older cousin). But I'd be dammed if I said Kiwami 1 didn't do a fantastic job at fleshing out Nishkiyama. After Y0, I'd say this song is the most emotionally impactful out of any of the karaoke songs.
