For me it would be the Time Disrupting Grenades from TimeSplitters: Future Perfect that are known for being powerful grenades that it generates as explosive waves and at the same time slow enemies for a period of time and has 5 Uses like any type of Grenades in the Game.

Blood's sawed off shotgun is an absolute masterclass in gun design, it's unfortunate I can't really classify it as "unique" because it's just so damn good and satisfying to use.
