Animal mounts can be really powerful in Dynasty Warriors games, particularly Shadow Runner. This horse paired with certain characters who excel at mounted combat makes them unstoppable in certain installments. It was also pretty fun running people over in DW 3 while mounted on an elephant.

Favorite uses of animals in video games?

I will say as food. And annoying as hell becuse most times when they add dog´s or cats you have to either follow them in a slow ass way or try to find them or some other painstakingly shit.

Any game that lets you pet your animal friends!! Instant gratification right there! I just mentioned Pokémon Sun and Moon in another thread and now I can also mention how much time I spent pampering those mons outside of battle lol. I love that feature!
