i love this op so much

this one is kind of cheating since its fully animated but it still a drama opening
i had a dream in this very style before
despite the recency still in the top ops for me
if you count endings too this ones great
i saw some reruns of this one drama on tv before with a really eye catching opening using rock/metal music but i cant for the life of me find an upload of it online id probably need find a torrent just for to cut its opening

Well, more than a few of my favorite intros were already mentioned, but I think I can come up with a few more!

This song is so relentlessly 80s, how can you not love it?

Just like the last song was relentlessly 80s, this one is 90s in a nutshell.

Police Squad! is one of the best shows ever and I absolutely love the intro. The reoccurring gag of having a famous star as a guest star that gets killed in the intro and never appears again, as well as the narrator's titles for the episodes never matching what's on screen. It really sets the tone for one of the most funny shows I've ever seen.

Man, what an excellent intro. It's simple and the song rocks. It really gets you into the era and vibe of the show. That's all I got. It's good shit.

I don't even know what to say about Battlestar Galactica. An amazing start that gradually falls apart as the series goes on. It never reaches the level of bad or unwatchable, but you could tell (and it was confirmed) that they were just winging it as they went along. Still had plenty of fantastic moments from beginning to end and the intro was always a pleasure. Love how it kept the tally of survivors pretty well updated as the series went along.
