Batman (1989) and the sequel, Batman returns. It spawned most of my favorite Batman games.

Superman the movie (1978) and Superman 2 and that also includes the Donner cut (I loved the part about the Kryptonian prophecy. It's such a shame this part was cut in the theatrical release) These movies are such a cornerstone of Superman's legacy, so much so that it's still being quoted and referenced in modern Superman comics.

And both movies have very memorable and incredible soundtracks...Superman and Batman's theme from these movies still play in my head when I read their comics.

And Spider-Man (2002).

IMO, All three of these movies gave the characters amazing music themes that truly embodied their characters.
