Random Favorite sleeping position? (Sleep Thread)

Do you have a specific way you need to lay in order to fall asleep? Do certain positions give you bad dreams? Can you sleep in total silence or do you need background noise?

I used to only be able to sleep on my left side but recently ive been sleeping on my right. I cant sleep on my back though or else i get sleep paralysis and nightmares... and i always have to have a youtube video playing or i feel weird.

It's kind of dependent on where you are at the time. I once slept in a train station but had to do so sitting up because laying down was not allowed. In cars you're at the mercy of the car's design, so I think unless you have a really wide car or something with space in the back, it's always going to be less than ideal. Noise helps drown out the world, so I do like to have a fan going or something, but again, it doesn't always help. As someone who's battled with sleep problems since about 2006, I'm just happy if I can get to the part where I'm unconscious, regardless of position.

To Elaborate.

I basically sleep in any position as long as it's mean i was being confined within my layer of blankets in a form of a cocoon.
