Tidus and Yuna for days.

Their romance is an important central theme of the game, rather than just a thing that happens to them because the writers wanted a romance b-plot.

Yuri and Alice from Shadow Hearts 1 and 2 is definitely my favorite. Can't really explain much without spoiling it, but the romance is one of the main reasons I love those games.

Also Zidane and Garnet because I love anything FFIX. The ending hit me hard as a kid.
