Persona 5 is the most well made Persona game, but still behind 2:IS and 2:EP for me in terms of story and characters. Persona 4 is my least favorite game in the series but i still felt like it deserved a mention, the antagonist, ost and the vibes are unlike any other.
Strive is a fighting game i play the most and always come back to.

It's EXTREMELY hard to narrow it down to just one. I'll say that Ninja Gaiden Black/Sigma, Devil May Cry 3 and 5, Mega Man X1/2/3/4, and Street Fighter Alpha 2/3 and Third Strike are all games I constantly come back to.
