Capcom and Konami in the 90s when they were putting out banger after banger after banger on consoles and in arcades
Sega - The number of unique, imaginative and interesting games attached to Sega is insane. That paramount intro for the Sonic movies illustrates this beautifully.

Wayforward for sure, the team has two big reasons why i like them... Their licensed games tend to be cooler than average and their IPs are memorable

Team Cherry, that move with Silksong's price and the way they treated us was fire

Sakurai must have Back pains of carrying Nintendo with Smash Bros

Sunsoft, be the old or new one, the old one since thier licensed games were total fire (In fact Journey to Silius was going to be a Terminator game but they lost the license) and the New one makes my favorite chilling down games: Story of Seasons

+ Hideo Kojima and all of Kojima Productions.

+ Tetsuya Nomura. I know he gets a lot of flack these days, but I think many of his ideas make for great concepts, given the right vehicle.

+ Team Cherry
+ Wadjet Eye Games
+ Fumito Ueda
+ Team Atlus
+ Taro Yoko
+ 8-4

Plenty of others too

I like people like Hideo Kojima and Shigeru Miyamoto because of the way they push the bounds of the medium.

I thought about mentioning Wayforward, but their output is a little hit and miss. Those recent Halloween and Ash vs Evil Dead games they did for example were terrible.
