Favorite Condiments and Toppings

Minced meat and grated cheese. Sometimes dried tomatoes or mushroom sauce. Mayo when I feel like being a rebel.

Tomato sauce, minced meat, pretty standard. I do like a lot of pepper flakes in mine, or some chopped up habenaro if I have it.

If I'm using a white sauce, then some chicken breast meat and some extra parm and garlic.

And now obligatory memes:

Standard Pasta: Alfredo sauce (occasionally truffle sauce, though that isn't easy to get), mushroom powder, MSG, chives, onion, sausage or ground beef, chicken, mixed veg.

Mac n Cheese: mushroom powder, MSG, chives, sausage, chicken, extra cheese, and extra cheese.

I love so many different types of pasta. If it's marinara it needs to be very garlic heavy and spicy, preferably with mushrooms, some meat (beef or ground turkey), and feta cheese.

If alfredo, I love it with chicken, mushrooms, and black olives.

Childhood favorite is just pasta with butter, garlic, salt, and black pepper. As I got older I just added oregano to it.

With mac n' cheese... soooo many different ones, but baked spicy mac n' cheese with chicken and buffalo sauce mixed in with the cheese, especially with a Mexican cheese like oaxaca. My absolute favorite mac n' cheese is how my grandma use to make it. I don't entirely know what she is, but it was white cheese and very onion forward in flavor. No actual solid onions, so possibly powder, but it was super creamy, heavy on black pepper, and just fantastic.

But I'll eat anything from very 'busy' pasta with tons of toppings to "microwave cook pasta and throw some shredded cheese haphazardly." Hell, I actually enjoy just plain pasta.

Tomato sauce, meatballs, and feta cheese are my favorites to add.

Move aside pizza thread, it's time for the real stuff.

I use standard spaghetti, tomato sauce and minced meat, always. The later two in big quantities.

When I want to put extra stuff I add olive, corn and bacon. Sometimes even mushroom.
It depends in what I have in hand, but normally the first thing I do is fry some shredded carrot with oil before adding any other veggies like bell pepper, onion, spring onion or meat (I normally don't add meat), and I only like to use salt and oregano to add flavour. I often eat it with tomato sauce but I have mixed the tomato sauce with some cream and it ended up thicker, I also have eaten pasta with cream sauce

Lots of different things, but usually either butter, red sauce, or Alfredo sauce, and often with cheese of some kind, usually feta or cheddar.

Lately the pasta is brown rice ramen, and it's usually accompanied by chicken and sauteed stir fry veggies, occasionally with an egg dropped in while the ramen is boiling, forcefully smothered in chipotle-flavored Bitchin' Sauce. I've somehow only recently realized how insanely caloric that stuff is, so I'm looking for a replacement now.

Sometimes I'll get brown rice Pad Thai noodles and then throw some pre-made peanut sauce on that, with of course chicken and veggies.

I should probably just stop being lazy and learn to make my own sauces.

Like with the pasta itself, it depends on the pasta, if it's small and fryable, i use it on broth soup, if they are noodles, i put something creamy or tomatoey on it, some bread side too, and if it's small but still edible in "dry", i put cream and diced bacon on it

It almost always turns into a stovetop casserole, my usual fare consists of sausage or chicken, alfredo sauce, white cheese, and at the very least carrots, celery and onion but will add squashes and spinach and mushrooms and any mellow veggie if I have it.

before it was just parmesan cheese ...
but after trying out pesto ... i just can't help myself and add those if it's available ! it just enhances the flavor of pasta so drastically !

I’ll be the funny guy and say, Semen, you can all laugh now.

Anyway, Achiote Oil.

I put a big scoop of even more pasta

Ketchup and shredded cheddar cheese. Blasphemy, I know.
