Favorite Condiments and Toppings

I have a chronic problem of wanting to put hot honey on all of my food.

Marinara or Ranch. BBQ is good for meat, but Ranch is the goat for chicken, wings, salad, pizza, and anything else. Marinara is FIRE with pizza and breadsticks.

For burgers I do ketchup and ranch. A homemade chicken sauce (Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, ranch, salt and pepper) when I’m having chicken. On bratwurst it’s usually ketchup, mustard and relish.

I like spicy brown mustard, or Cholula green sauce.

Sidebar; Why aren't there green sauce wings anywhere? I've always preferred green hot sauces to red, and green wings would be delicious.

I've been trying the Lao Gan Ma Spicy Chili Crisp and adding it to food that I eat and it's pretty good.

The only available or rather common use cheese here is cheddar, so
Mozzarella are popular to put on almost everything but idk if it how it taste or its a cheap knockoff but they kinda have no taste at all

In fact, the main problem with regular mozzarella (the kind you find in supermarkets) is that it has no flavor and is often made with frozen milk of questionable origin. A mozzarella that actually has taste is the artisanal buffalo kind, especially when enjoyed at room temperature.

Gouda can't be beat. I had plenty of the real shit when I was living in the Netherlands, but since I returned to the states it's a high I've been chasing ever since. No gouda I've had here even comes close. I'd guess the US dairy laws have something to do with that. Otherwise, cheddar cheese curds are the best reason to live in the Midwest. Deep fried or not, they are the perfect snack. I could eat feta with a spoon as well. Ultimately, I'm happy with most any cheese. ?
I completely agree. A friend from the Netherlands brought some over for us once. It was so good and my favorite cheese. I haven't tasted anything like it since.
Cheese is like chocolate in that way. There's regular cheese and then incredible cheese that's hard to find depending on where you live.
