I'd Have to say HK-47 from KOTOR. His insults never get old.

I just realized I've never played through a Star Wars game (other that starting a fps at some point, but there was a save bug and I would've had to replay way too much to get back to where I was). I should really change that.

I'm not a big Star Wars fan, but I do like most of the games I've played.
I had to look these two up, because I have no idea who they are. I enjoyed playing as them in Lego Star Wars the Skywalker Saga quite a bit though:

And also Cal Kestis from Jedi Fallen Order. That game was quite good. I should play the sequel sometime.

Sorry But thumbs down for one main reason: HE STOLE MY NAME!!! listen-

I have used ( not so much now) the last name Starkiller in many of my SW game adventures
well before 2008 when TFU came out.
In all fairness we ALL stole it from a pretty forgotten Mandalorian hero turned bounty hunter
named Bendak Starkiller in KOTOR. You either fight him to the death in the arena or not.
