Others have already mentioned some great choices (Wicked Child, everything in Rondo, Bloody Tears, etc.) as Castlevania certainly has a top-notch discography to choose from.

Actually, it was originally made for Castlevania Chronicles. (from what I know) But it was also used in Order of Ecclesia in the Mechanical Tower.
