Favorite Apogee games?

I'm surprised no one mentioned Bio Menace yet, it's a great Duke Nukem clone that's also famous for being hard as hell.

Also, Apogee did develop their own games as well as publish others, like famously with Id Software with Wolfenstein.

but I always associated those games w/ 3D Realms.
3D Realms at the time was Apogee's non-publishing brand, meant to represent them with the move to 3D games starting with Duke Nukem 3D. The 3D Realms that exists today is a different company that acquired the brand though, but they did not acquire most of the games from Apogee.

Some of my earliest gaming memories are of me playing Commander Keen and Duke Nukem on my grandpa's lap. I definitely one day want to go back and beat those games finally, but probably the first game I have ever beaten was Wolfenstein 3D so that gets my vote.
