Anime Fav Detective Conan case? (Eps 1 - 100)

I've recently been watching a lot of Detective Conan, it was a show I started watching when I was like 13? But I haven't watched it in years, and I didn't get very far through it to begin with. I've really been loving it, it's kinda surprising that this is like, I assume, a kid's show, there's a lot of adult themes and jokes.
I'm around episode 100 now, and I was wondering, if anyone else here has watched the show, what was your favourite case in that initial episode 1-100 run?
My personal favourite is either the case with the woman who's being stalked by a guy and poisons him, or one of the earlier episodes where there's a bomb on a train.

Oooh this is such a good choice! It took me a moment to think of who you were talking about since I know him as Richard Moore (I feel the dub for Detective Conan is surprisingly decent and fun.)
It can be quite frustrating how often he ends up making all the wrong conclusions and obstructing the case, so it's pretty nice to see him actually get a win for once.

Kogoro has a whole list of cases he solves on his own. He’s a very capable detective, but too often slips into the comic relief role and being a surrogate for Conan.

I assumed as much, I've heard that him solving cases is more frequent later on from a friend who is a huge fan of the series.

Yes it happens in the later movies and after episode 900.
