I remember the first Fable game having the most over-the-top fart animation ever. Really looks like the main character is satisfied as fuck with letting out a real stinker.

Used to be a favourite thing to do with my 'evil' character, just run into the pub, let one rip then run out again. classic.

In The Sims games, your Sim can fart autonomously, and I believe in TS4 it's even possible to 'take an angry poop'. There was another life simulator meant for adults called Singles, and for the second game someone made the Booster mod which added more explicit content. There was also an option to make your character fart on command - the interaction was called 'Upps'.
