Real answer: Dog's Life on PS2 has pooping and peeing as commands you can put in, and if you try to poop too often, Jake (the dog) lets off some loud gases. He also farts so hard in the intro video that it kills a butterfly.

Also, I forget, but I think in... is it called Il Torente 3 on PS2? That awful GTA-like that starts on a plane. The first thing you have to do is try to get to a restroom on a plane that's being hijacked before you shit your pants. You're given the options to piss, shit, or jerk off.
