i played it at least once a year for 9 years straight, the first like 4 i didn't even have the dlc. if a remake is ever made it will never replace the original for me or my memories. for all of its flaws, it did so much right. to me its one of the greatest games of all time.

I've never played a single Fallout game , the environment is too hostile and frightening for my taste for me to give it a chance.

Rise up, baby games enjoyer i want to hear you now! ::megadancebaby

It's funny that I found this around the same time my little brother got into the game. I only sunk a couple of hours into it, but he sunk a LOT more and gave me pretty helpful tips.

I know people who worked on this and I think they should feel proud of the end result because it's a great title, even with the rocky launch.

I need to be on the right mood to play it, but it's hard to stop when I start a new character.

i was 15 when it first came out. NV and tf2 where my most played games throughout my high school years.

I made my dad buy the game again with the edition that came with the DLC back in the ps3 days, took me both a birthday and a christmas.

I regret NOTHING ::lol

Gave the base game CD to a friend, that profligate didn't have the guts to enjoy it, either that or NV is just a janky mess hehe ::rofl

PS: ps3 fellas, who remembers lagging like crazy at 1-10 fps in the fort? Good times, back when the game would blow up (hehe boomers) when wandering around Nellis.

In retrospect, Honest Hearts was gorgeous
Pretty short, but beautiful no doubt, that an Jacobstown have always been my favorite places to hang out without mods, with them it gets just... omg, it's another thing man!

Who would have thought it, the wilderness is the coolest part of a postapocaliptic world.

It deserves a remaster just like Oblivion, let's hope it gets the same treatment.

I haven't play thr fallout series, but I am curious about the series so if I were to play I will start at one.

it was a bit of a mess with how rushed it was, but it was the last obsidian game I truly enjoyed and it got me to play the rest of the series, including Fallout 2 which became my favorite RPG.

one of my all time favorite game. first playthrough was like +300 hours. got the goty edition for the ps3. still listen to the radio.

I haven't played NV since i heavily binged Xbox 360 back in the day but i played it ALOT.
Weirdly the first thing that pops into my head as a core memory is retrieving the All American rifle & finding the armory... navigating that place was hell first time through, so coming back out alive with the loot was awesome.

I need to pick this up if its available on steam and there is a sale lol
