I'll let you google yourself, but eXo (of eXoDOS fame) has released a pack of early windows 95 games (1994-1997) in a single Retroarch type front end. Are you interested?
 
Yeah, that's neat and all, but eXoDOS (which is what i assume you are talking about) has about 700 GB of illegal games bundled with it. Games I might add that are still being sold on places like GOG and are guaranteed to work on whatever system you use, unless otherwise stated, if you get the full thing. Thanks, no.

And fair enough, some would be abandonedware or free now, that's a given...
but not all 7,666 games

difference is that gog use their own wrappers and often outdated version of dosbox
Some may prefer their own costumisation with shaders and soundcard.
