Hello,

I want to emulate Drakengard with PCSX2

I got the bios and uncompressed it with 7zip. I got the following file :

FACEUU.BIN
IMAGE.BIN
MOVIE0EU.BIN
MOVIE1EU.BIN
SLES_523_22
SNDIMGEU.BIN
SYSTEM.CNF
VOICEEU.BIN

And another folder called MODULES.
When I try to run PCSX2, it doesn't detect any bios, even if I copy past everything in the bios folder of PCSX2. So I don't know how to run the game. it's the first time I use this emulator, PCSX2.

Need help to make it work, please.

You uncompressed an .ISO file...

Do you have the uncompressed .ISO file still? Use it to run the game.

And those aren't bios files, they're game files.

Here's the bios: https://retrogametalk.com/repository/bios-files/
Spot on, may help to enable file extensions to see what you are working with. (The .iso extension).

Also while not entirely related to the issue, try looking into CHDs, they’re made to save up storage and still work on the emulator provided you put the uncompressed CHD in a folder of your making. From there you can add it to your directory easy. It doesn’t really matter what you go with, just wanted to note this.

I confused the game bios for the ps2 bios indeed. After downloading the ps2 bios, I managed to make it work, thank you for your answers which was very helpful and lightning fast, I really appreciate it.

Thank you for pointing that out, Evaccaneer Doom. I'll look into CHDs .
